And to be clear, it's not a racist decision that we're making.

We just enjoy the way that they spend their profits and the way that they move their money.

We believe by investing in people who have similar value sets and belief systems,

When they win, we will all win.

And so we made the decision to move all our spend, everything that we could, towards a Māori or Pacific business, even if it cost us more.

Because you think about the time it takes for a business to get to the level of capital that it needs to be to create the change.

If we don't make those decisions early while they're young, even though it might be

Like financially not the best thing to do Eventually It will be And then it will lead to greater change For the people that come after you Like our children Sort of thing So in the interim Like the reason why Like we talked about power And we spoke about this as a team last week

There are big power companies out there that can do things because they have been in the game longer than us.

We're sharing with the team they have a 30-year head start on us.

And so we cannot do what they do because of

for the monopoly that they had at the time.

We weren't around then.

And so there wasn't multiple to choose from.

And also, if you look at the energy system in 1999, the government decided to go private because they thought it would do better for pricing.

And so there were power companies that inherited power stations, which is one of the biggest risks that you have as a power company is not having access to generation.

And so we shared with the team, if people are going to compare, then they have to compare properly.

What you're looking at is a business that started with a problem and you're comparing that with the business who started with generation.

And then not only that, it was kind of a monopoly.

So you've allowed, you've supported them for 30 plus years.
