I mean, 15 years has gone quickly and I'm enormously proud of what we've been able to achieve.

would have loved to have had a premiership.
But, you know, if somebody had said on draft night, 2-11, Toby Green's going to stay at the club for 15 years and be an absolute star of the game.
Stephen Canelio, the same.
You know, 15 years is a long career and far exceeds what most players achieve anyway.
But to achieve it at the Giants and have such an amazing career on field and be so important off field to the Giants is significant.

This decision hasn't come out of the blue for us.
We pretty much were expecting this might be the case and we'll celebrate him accordingly.
But the club is bigger than an individual and the club will move on and the club's got every reason and the members and supporters have got every reason to have confidence in what's ahead.
Yeah, I think Jason and Adam in particular have got some really good
clear plans in place.
We've got a really strong leadership program over the last two to three years so really there's been some depth of leadership developed over the last two to three seasons that will step up.
There's really the leadership group this year outside of Toby really had a different look about it, sort of a next generation look to it and so people like Tom Green and Connor Iden and others will come into consideration but then you look beyond that in terms of
Aaron Cadman, Sam Taylor, guys that have got real leadership aspirations.
So there's a depth of leaders there now that I think we've worked hard on over the last couple of years.
Yeah, he has.
And look, his connection to the fans and the sponsors and the coterie groups is really authentic.
It's very genuine.
