Um but um

I don't think it's uh sustainable the way we're going for uh younger generation.

I'm a big barbecue person.

I had all my grills in Colorado.

Uh I've been kind of reassembling or re-recollecting grills and smokers in Europe.

I actually bought a an egg that's uh very similar to my Komodo Joe egg, but I but it's made in Latvia.

But it's a good egg.

I'm I'm okay with it.

But I but I miss under I'm I I missed

uh didn't quite appreciate how hard it was gonna be to get good beef in um in Portugal.

Um and so when I'm back when I'm in the US like I am this week, uh I've just been eating beef, beef, beef, so much beef.

Um but uh the best beef in Portugal seems to come from South America.

And by the time it gets there, it's dry aged and it's just

It seems crazy to put this expensive dry aged beef on a smoker, but but but uh you some you gotta do what you gotta do, you know.

I'm sure you'd be doing the same thing.
