I mean they don't look at it as they would uh I I forget the classification.

I think they call it like a class two device or something.

So it's not, you know, s a medical device that somebody puts into their body or anything along those lines.

But they do have some oversight.

But that's that's relatively a a non issue for us as a distributor.

Um that's really more of a manufacturer issue.

So and then I would say the the the third regulatory element is

that in a number of states where we operate

Um some of the equipment that we install, namely platform lifts and in some cases stair lifts.

uh fall under regulations that would apply to the elevator industry.

And so uh there are some states where you need an elevator uh mechanics license to install certain equipment

Um, even in even in residential situations.

Um but most states actually require some type of contractor or elevator licensing on commercial applications.

And more and more of our franchises are participating on the commercial side.

So so we do get into some of those sort of local code enforcement type regulations.

uh when it comes to the installation side of things.

Um but as I mentioned the the FDA is is not really a a part of the picture for us and you know, we don't really deal with Medicare um in our business either.

Yeah, we've given that a lot of thought, you know.

We came from outside the industry.
