Um, we got into the space not really knowing much about it and kind of figured figured a lot out as we kinda operated in the space and it and I think what ultimately happens is that
consumers get frustrated with um
the inconsistency of the service levels that they get from, you know, mom and pop operators and and in many cases the smaller
operators have not really given a lot of thought to or structure around
um how the customer experiences their service.
where we we really focused on that from the very beginning.
We scripted it out
Um we created a set of core values very early on in our history and you know in many companies having, you know, core values is nice to have and you put 'em up on the wall and you talk about 'em periodically, but
at one oh one mobility we really live and die by our core values.
We put a lot of thought into them
And we use them as strategic decision making filters all the time.
And as I as I look at our core values, they're very customer centric.
You know, they're really focused on the customer's experience, making sure that they have a good experience.
always giving them the benefit of the be of of the doubt when there's some sort of situation that comes up.
And and also having a customer experience that is
prescribed or scripted and not just random.
And so I think that that's probably the biggest differentiator
Is and it and it really always starts with the simple things, right?
particularly answering the phone.
