talked about, we measure it, um, we track and record all the calls that we get.
And so we spend a lot of time really focusing on that very first
interaction that our customer has with us as a brand
when they most of the time they pick up the phone and call.
So most of the inquiries we get are live phone calls as opposed to, you know, internet uh contacts or email or anything like that.
It's mostly people that call.
And so as consumers I'm sure you guys have experienced this, but how frustrating is it when you have determined that you have a need and you call a company and they just don't pick up the phone or you can't get a hold of them or they put you into some sort of frustrating, you know, phone tree.
And so we really thought about that customer's journey um through this process
all the way through, step by step, starting with, you know, they they see us online, they learn a little bit about the company, and they make the decision, which is a pretty big decision, to say
this is the company at least I want to start with.
You know, this is a company I wanna try.
And so as you can imagine, if the first thing that they do when they try is pick up the phone and call and then we don't answer.
or they get a voicemail or some other somewhat negative experience, that puts us off on a really, really bad start.
So we really focus on
you know, that as the starting point and then the rest of it is all really iterative from there.
You know, as we think of uh very often about
You know, if if I were going through this process as a consumer, what would I want?
What does your customer want from you?
And it really we design the processes all around that.
And so that's been a central focus of our strategy um from the very beginning.
