There are six franchise owners that participate.
in an advisory council that uh meets by phone every couple of weeks and then we also meet in person two or three times a year.
And you know, we we work with them
hand in hand, uh, as we make
larger scale strategic decisions about the direction of the company.
And so I think, you know, we have a lot of communication with our franchise owners as well.
Um and you know, I'd we've but we've been lucky and good at the same time, I think.
So we've we've given a lot of thought to the
critical skill set required to operate a one on one mobility business.
And what it really comes down to in my view is organizational development skills.
Um we we just held our annual conference
a couple of weekends ago here in Wilmington and
Um a lot of the topics and breakout sessions and general themes of the conference were really around developing those organizational development skills so that a as an owner of a business, a franchise owner can ultimately figure out how to put the right people into the right places in their organization.
You know, that old adage about getting the right people in the right seats on the bus, making sure the bus has the correct seats in the first place.
Um, you know, not settling for less than exceptional levels of performance.
And that's expe especially critical when you're in a business model where
You know, there may be anywhere from three, four, five, six employees altogether
You can't have anyone really dragging the bottom, otherwise it uh weakens the entire company and and and puts you at risk.
And so
We focus a lot on not only identifying candidates who have
