uh and they seem to have a really strong interest

primarily just given their uh investment in in the harmar business.

uh and they felt like the one on one mobility uh you know model would be a good

um add on to that business given that

harm our mixed products that we sell.

And so uh we ultimately ended up putting a deal together that closed in May of two thousand and thirteen.

And um, you know, we we have had a really positive experience throughout that

uh relationship.

They've been a great partner.

They've done all the things that they said they would do.

Um they've added some strategic value in terms of

you know, their expertise in having

investments in a lot of different industries and businesses of different sizes and shapes.

And so um that continues to be a a good relationship for us.

But the the uh you know, the real critical piece was that they they gave us good advice but also provided us with capital that we needed to make sure that we were

you know, investing in our infrastructure appropriately to build the brand that we really had envisioned.

Yeah, so we um we actually just completed work on a on a three year plan and I guess I can just sort of add a little bit to that.

But as we look at the trajectory that we had, we kind of started plotting it out all the way back from two thousand and twelve and and just kind of looked at our growth trajectory, number of owners and overall system revenue and and plotted that out over the next three years.

And so that sees us getting to right around a hundred franchise owners, um, you know, within the that time frame roughly by the end of two thousand nineteen or early two thousand twenty.

Um and so that's kind of the short term plan is to really basically double the
