And one way to get it is you should use social programs, either create one or adopt one.

And and you have to have passion, a long term commitment and uh and become a th a thought leader if you're going to avoid being considered just

Well, I think that if a program is going to thrive

even survive, it it really needs to be linked into the business strategy.

Because if it's linked into the business strategy, it's gonna have plenty of resources, plenty of re support within the organization.

And uh and if it's not, then it's vulnerable.

I mean, Google had a program that was sort of to deal with food disposal in their all their restaurants that they have for their

for employees.

And so they had a a team of of eight people.

that it created some wonderful ways to conserve food and to make uh the the surplus available to those that needed it.

It it and it was and they were scaling this to to affect people outside Google as well.

And Google did a downsize where they're let go, you know, five percent of their employees or something.

And somebody at Google decided

That, you know, we didn't need this and we're trying to s we needed to uh cut down our our uh our costs by X percent.

So they they eliminated that whole department.

It got rid of all eight people.

The program died.

It was an extremely successful program, but it wasn't tied into their business strategy.
