So that's that's uh one thing.
Another thing is that uh returning to social programs, they can address the trust issue.
Harclays was once the uh least trusted
Brand in the least trusted industry is
in all of uh UK.
And uh it was blamed for the the financial collapse of two thousand and eight and uh because of their LIBOR policy it which is which finance people know about.
But uh but anyway it was it was in the and they tried everything.
I mean they ran ads said, you know, we weren't the only one in char in
You know, we weren't the major responsibility of the two thousand eight recession and besides we changed and we're now better we're good guys now.
Nothing worked.
Nothing moved that needle.
And then they developed a a set of social programs.
One developed by their employees was called the Digital Eagles.
And it was seven of their employees got together and made uh
uh uh c sort of a consulting outfit where they go to elderly people, kids or something, and and help them use the digital tools more productively.
And then they they ran a series of ads that told the story of three of the clients of the digital eagles.
And the digital eagles uh incidentally have now grown to like 17,000 within Barclays
are participating in the Digital Eagles.
It's such a home run.
But uh these these stories they're very emotional.
