I don't wanna look in and see who's right.

So it's it's

it's it's it's kind of frustrating but true that if you argue against them, even if you're right, the uh you know, people are going to remember the problem, they're not gonna remember your argument.

They're not gonna hear your argument, the vast majority of people, just because of the way they process information.

And so the best thing to do is to say, I screwed up and now I'm gonna fix it.

And I'm gonna not only fix it, but I'm gonna do more than fix it.

I mean that's that's because when you say I it it's my fault I did it

They these people that are detractors have what there's nothing else for them to say because you already admitted they're right.

So now how are they gonna argue against it?

Now but if if you can't say that because of legal or insurance or or some reason and and or the fact that it's sort of dead wrong, it it's a a big challenge to explain why that's

Well, having an emotional connection is is is incredible for a lot of reasons.

It affects information processing.

Uh if there's an emo emotional side to a communication, it's much more likely to be seen, much more likely to be remembered, much more likely to impact.

And uh if you have a a relationship with a customer that's got an emotional undertone, it's gonna be much stronger and much more passionate.

So uh yeah, if if if you can have an emotion dimension to your brand, you're going to be um it's gonna be much stronger.

But it's not easy to do that.

Yeah.

Talk talk it up.

But again, that that comes back to most brands most brands are again it comes back to the value of having a social program because that almost always is easy to to to cr create with an emotional side to it.
