that you don't screw up your product or service because, you know, it it we know that
That's the kind of thing that gets that's gets aired, gets visibility.
And so you have to overinvest in in making sure your product or service is reliable.
Uh a second thing is that uh when you do have a problem, then the the it's a very it's it's really bad.
I mean it not there's no good way to do it, but uh i it it is important.
important to address it if if it's erroneous and so on, but arguing is only makes it visible.
So the better strategy is to try to change the conversation.
And uh
But because you don't want to argue and and you know, Audi had w had a sudden acceleration
accusation that the the car would suddenly accelerate.
And they said, no, no, it was because people inadvertently put their f foot on the accelerator instead of the brake.
And and and they were right.
I I'm pretty sure they were right.
But uh and then they fixed it.
They got a fix that not only would apply to auddies, but to all cars.
I mean it was it was an incredible engineering feat.
They they made that it not possible to happen.
You couldn't sell an Audi in this c in in the United States for twenty years because n people weren't didn't follow the specifics of the innovation and the logic and the tests that Audi did.
They didn't they didn't f all they knew in their mind there was some shadow over Audi.
