Well, you know what you do in most cases?
You either sell the home or you rent the home.
So like in America, and I just did this in the UK because I was with Stephen, but you can look it up in Australia.
It takes usually less than 120 days to sell a home.
In many places, it takes less than seven weeks.
So homes are way more liquid than you think.
Now, I live in Florence, Italy.
Very hot real estate market, but it's not super liquid.
There are certain countries and certain locations where...
You buy something, and it's not liquid.
You need to know your market.
You might not be able to get out of the property for a year to two years.
I live by Tuscany.
People come here all the time, and they buy these villas in Tuscany.
It's like their dream.
Then they come to the villa in Tuscany a couple times a year, and after the third year, they're like, we don't even really need to come out here anymore, and now they can't sell the house in Tuscany.
That's not liquid.
If I was in Sydney, I am sure that I could buy a great condo,
And it would be liquid, right?
So you have to know your market.
