If I bought a home on Bondi Beach, it's liquid, right?

There's a demand for homes on Bondi Beach.

So you have to know your market.

But the thing about rent, rent's not liquid because what happens is if you have a one-year lease and you're two months into that lease and you lose your job and you turn to the landlord and you're like, hey, I'm out of here, sorry.

They're like, nah, not so much, right?

We're keeping your deposit.

We're hitting your credit score.

You owe us for the year.

We'll see if we can re-rent it, but you're on the hook.

You're on the hook for a lease.

Actually, I would argue more than you're on the hook for a mortgage.

That's my personal opinion.

Oh, wow.

Well, I'll tell you what a rich life looks like to me.

I just had a beautiful piece of artwork made that says live rich now.

That's my tagline.

A rich life means that I get to do what I want to do, when I want to do it, how I want to do it.
