It's detailed planning to look at moving towards a unity referendum and then having answers to questions as to what for example a unified health service would look like.
That obviously has to be done by government departments.

I welcome the fact that Fina Gale will publish a blueprint and I assume that will set out at a high level ambition, but it can't deal with the nuts and bolts.
That can only come from government planning and a citizens' assembly because again I agree with James that we have to have conversations and dialogue with people who don't agree with a United Ireland.
I don't want, David, to see unionists treated in a United Ireland the way nationalists were treated in a partitioned Ireland.

All of that has to be part of that wider conversation, which is why I don't understand why Michal Martin in particular and I have to say it is more Finafall and Michal Martin on this, that they pushed against and are still pushing against any move towards sensible planning and conversations on Irish unity.
It just doesn't make sense to me.
Well I think the core of the Good Friday Agreement is that we would have two referendums north and south.

And that there would have to be agreement on both sides of the border.
And that was the compromise by Republicans and by nationalists.
So I think the best way to propel a United Ireland and a unity referendum and I am a United Irelander, I don't want to see partition for one day longer, but we also have to be reasonable about how quickly can we bring it about.

Back to the point I made.
I think planning, having conversations, having debates, it being led by an Irish government will actually drive momentum into the argument because I accept we have to persuade people, we have to discuss, we also have to agree, and that means agreeing with people who we don't agree with.
And I made the point already we some uncomfortable conversations will have to be had as well for some people in relation to how we accommodate everybody.
