But as I glance through the map here, for example, opposite the recent dividend homes project, there is an office parcel that is currently, I believe, Safari Kid and some kind of pizza joint and the Rose Tea Lounge that just closed.

So why isn't that a potential site?

Yes, so my preference would certainly be to target offices more so than retail where we can, especially if it is Class C office, Class B office.

I don't think we have much Class A office that would be even a target.

They're all mostly Apple buildings, I guess, these days, or otherwise.

But yeah, Class C, to the extent we have any Class C office, Class B office.

Along those lines, I noticed that the gas station at Stevens Creek and Fort Hale was included, I think.

I guess I'm looking at this map that's called central and the southwest corner is red.

So is that just considered part of the retail site and therefore it's included?
