This is where my head was at.

No, not at all.

And a lot of the thoughts and the voices in my head were all irrational.

Like, you know, it was just, I couldn't, there was no logic to anything.

You know, I'd fly, like I remember one day I said, right, I'm going to go for a cycle.

You know, I didn't cycle, but I had a bike.

I'm going to go for a cycle.

And this is how volatile and how fragile things were.

But I couldn't find a pair of sunglasses.

Okay.

And that was it.

Erupted, yeah.

You know, and for Charlotte, that's very difficult.

You know, like the person who she knows who's out of character and, you know, you're trying to help them, but yet I just keep telling her, go away, go away, you know.

Exactly that, you know, and you're kind of, and you're constantly arguing with yourself going like, oh no, everything's okay, everything's okay.

And then the voice will come back in, you know.

And I'm just constant, like, you know, I couldn't sleep either, you know, constantly tired.

And then, like, as a result of that, you're always tired.

You're not up for doing anything.

I didn't want to go out.
