And he had probably a couple of years in the middle of his test career where everything worked very nicely.

And I've always, this sort of analogy to me, it's very, very similar.

But if you walk out at Lord's, full house, 28,000 people, and you think, yes, I'm enjoying this already, I want to be here, and it lifts you up.
then you're in the right place.
I've seen physically in places like Melbourne, Australia, where with, say, 80,000 odd people in the ground, and we're playing Australia, those 80,000 people, maybe 1,000 of them are on your side.
But it creates an atmosphere, again, where if you walk out there thinking, yeah, this is a fantastic buzz, then you're in the right place.
And I've seen people walk out in those circumstances where they shrink.
And I've seen, at the same time, there's a game I can think of where Alan Borders, Australia's opening bats, probably catch him at the time as well.
He walked out to chase a target in this one day game we were playing.
It was 80-something thousand people.
And as he walked out, he seemed to swell inside because his chest puffed out.
And he sucked in that atmosphere and basically won the game for them in the next 20 minutes because he
