I sat.
It's the power of sitting.
Like, there's a strange thing.
This is a tough concept to get for ourselves and for others.
This is not self-help.
This is self-acceptance.
And when we accept ourselves and our friends exactly where they are, then we change.
That's the weird thing.
We come into this going, you've got to change, and they resist.
But if we go in and say,
If you're right here for the rest of the time, I'm going to sit with you and you'll never be alone.
And they say, if this is it, I'll sit with it.
It's okay.
Then we begin to change.
It's such a paradox.
It's not doing, it's being.
All right, so a few things.
Many times I'll say to that person who says to me, you don't get it, I'll never stop crying.
I'll say, I've been with thousands, hundreds, millions, I don't even know how many.
Everyone stops crying.
