I've read lots of his stuff.
It's all very readable, which is for me is always an asset test.

But I mean they default always to mathematics to try and make everyone look good.

As I always say, economists deploy mathematics to make themselves not to elucidate, but to basically bully other people who can't do sums.

Anyway, the point is there was a pylon on this guy.
And it basically said he wasn't as good as everybody thinks he is, and his research is shoddy, and his numbers are not great.
I mean it was really quite physical.
I I read it 'cause I I read the accounts every read and I thought, Well, that's unusual.
Yeah.
And
One of the people quoted as sticking the knife into him was our old friend Noah Smith of Ohconomics fame.
