And what you tell yourself, the inner monologue that you have is very important.

And so for a long time, he told himself that I'm afraid of public speaking.

I'm afraid of it.

I'm bad at it.

That's just who I am.

And what he would do, again, this sounds like willy foo foo nonsense, but it actually works.

He's like every day for 10 minutes for, I think a week or two or however long it took, he would sit there and write a hundred times.

I love public speaking.

I love public.

There's nothing else to that.

Just the same positive affirmation.

And he was brain, literally brainwashing himself.

To now, he's phenomenal on podcasts.

He can give a presentation in front of his thousands of employees.

He can go on stage.

He loves public speaking.

He literally changed his brain.

And so I think this is really important on not only the people you keep around you, we just touched on, it's like, dude, I don't have any money in my life that's pessimistic or negative.

These kind of people, they're cut out root and stem.
