Like I I I and then that made it hard for me to socialise without a drink because
I had to really push myself through the comfort zone of walking into a place and but do you know what I used to do?
I I used to do a bit of stalking, right?
I'm not I'm not like that.
But with with the power of social media and the internet, you can find out what people are doing.
Like in the old days you would go out and have something to talk about at the end of the day 'cause you didn't have mobiles or anything like that, right?
But now you can go on social media and see
if they got a new job or they've played a sport or what and I used to kind of prepare myself to go in and go, Oh, so you've been doing this this week and it br used to break the ice, you know.

No, when I got sober and I had to go to social events.
So I kind of had a little plan.
Rather than go in and be like a rabbit in the headlights, I I used to think I need back up to know what to talk about as soon as I get in there, otherwise I'm gonna shy away and be like a

Yeah.
Lower lowers your inhibitions, doesn't it?
It's like takes away this social anxiety and that's you know, like when we look at limiting beliefs, I could list probably twenty off the bat, you know.
And one is like, How am I gonna go out and socialise?
How am I gonna enjoy myself?
