Meanwhile, Ireland midfielder Lily Ag has taken her first steps into management.

The 32-year-old, who represented Ireland at the World Cup in 2023, has been appointed the manager of the Athlone Town women's team.

Ag has penned a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Midlanders, who won the double last season.
