I think the Bolton one makes sense. matched
That's why I was encouraging of it in the in the first instance that he could go there on loan, get them promoted, then come back into a setup that he knows with a bit of comfort. matched
Um obviously got injured towards the latter half of the the latter end of the season that they missed out on the playoffs, but obviously they did manage to go and get over the line. matched
The Bolton one makes sense. matched
You the other clubs you you listed off there, West Brom, I think, could be up there towards the top of the matched
the championship. matched
Um so in from that perspective it it could be a decent move, but a lot of competition for places. matched
Blackburn are expected to struggle, but have started the season pretty okay. matched
Preston I'd be really worried about as far as the business that they've done this summer. matched
So I think Bolton as far as stability goes is probably the way to go. matched
But once he gets out of Celtic I think we can all be pretty happy with that one. matched
Yeah, I couldn't agree more with just getting out of that club um and going somewhere where you're valued and loved, and obviously the Celtic fan base is quite a toxic place at the best of times, and they've been very critical of Johnny Kenny over this last two years or so, um, especially when he's kinda got into the team.
Um interestingly, I think if he went to Blackburn, I know we we probably shouldn't speculate too much, but just Tony Mowbray is a really good manager and I think he could play a really important role in his development.
development, so I would like to see that if he doesn't go to to Bolton.
And the Preston one is interesting, Matthew, because um uh Alan Brown has gone there.
I come back to Preston after um being obviously away from him for quite a while and he's one of Br uh Preston's um uh he's one of the players that have made the most appearances in Preston history.
So um to go back there is an interesting move as well for him.
I think that's a really good thing for
Ireland as well that he's gonna be somewhere playing.
Uh obviously Sunderland are quite busy now today bringing in lots of different players and obviously they're getting ready for a European campaign as well.
