As again, we talk about our children and we talk about the essence of being Hannah Anderson.

Our purpose is champions of childhood and our values, bold, curious, inclusive, warm hearted,

enduring, adventurous, are really expressions of how children naturally show up in the world before this degree of organizational complexity enters.

And so I think the truth about that is these are really the qualities that psychological safety requires.

And, you know, as we're professionals, as we grow into adults, these things become a little bit more complicated because of what we're exposed to.

Clark also seeded something within our organization that we carry through, and it was shifting from, shifting from a nice to a kind organization.

Right.

And nice, again, is that conflict avoidance that might be like dressed up or like looking pretty as care.

And then kind, of course, is caring enough to say what's actually true.

And again, culture is only real when you start to change the behavior.

And for me, it was sort of like a standard from the beginning.

Bold move.

This is actually very interesting because we still we write internally.

We oftentimes, again, want to complicate something that should seem so inherently simple.

And I think that one of the reasons why we infused the concept of psychological safety through Timothy Clark is because it's more practical.

I think even hearing the term psychological safety makes people feel a certain way because it inherently sounds complicated.

Right.

And so, again, Timothy Clark's four practical stages of inclusion.

Right.

I want to feel welcomed and included learner.
