Like I want to be curious.

I want to contributor.

I want to be invited to the table and have perspective and challenger.

It's so simple.

Right.

So I think that's one of the reasons why we brought him forward.

And so I think the real test for us is really more behavioral to get it right.

So structurally, we translated this framework again through our values into competencies.

So core behavioral competencies.

in how like our people have to show up and our calibration rubric by level, right?

So it's baked into our overall structure and it's baked in from everyone from a senior leader all the way down to individual contributor.

And culture became measurable for us, right, through behavioral application.

I want to make reference also to Eduardo Brasenio.

And I don't know if y'all heard of him.

I'll probably bring him back and bring him forward.

But he wrote this book called Performance Paradox.

And Performance Paradox is, again, how do we as adults and humans wrestle with performing and learning at the same time?

So the undercurrent of all that we're doing is the undercurrent of that.

I think psychological safety also for us is not separate from the performance agenda, but it has made learning possible.
