And, you know, when you also take the story out of the emotion or you take the story out of the process, it becomes easier for you to take the story out of life, you know, the story out of like the things.
So if you can start to like actively process and you can look after yourself, help reset your nervous system when you start feeling dysregulated and whatnot, you start to minimize the stories that you're telling yourself about the things that are happening.
Because it could be something so small and our stories can get bigger and smaller as our cycles, you know, like especially in luteal, you should hear my stories.
So it's funny, the more we can start processing, basically that's all it is.
It's just us being able to sit in our energy and move energy through us and have compassion for ourselves and feel it is just us processing, which means we don't store it, which means we have less trauma in the body, stored in the body, stored in the fascia.
And there's less weighing us down, whether it's emotional, mental, spiritual, on a soul level, all of these things impact us on a physiological level.
And the more that we can look after ourselves, like I call it spiritual hygiene, it's just look after yourself, your emotional state, your mental state, just by processing whether it's
journaling, whether it's moving, whether it's just sitting on the grass and just being present for five minutes, noticing the things around you, engaging your senses.
What can you see?
What can you taste?
What can you hear or smell?
Just getting yourself into the present moment and being embodied in your body.
And out of the mind.
Yeah.
It's like processing.
It's just, it's so important.
It's so important.
