And then it started like maybe moving my arms a little bit more and my head a little bit more and my hips a little bit more.
And then before I know it, I'm starting to yawn, which is like a really beautiful process.

actively moving their energy you can start to do things like yawn or maybe tears will start coming down or burping is really normal as well but I was like oh okay and then I started feeling good like some nice pleasurable feelings were coming through and I was like that's great before I knew it it was actually one of my favorite songs it's like a Tash Sultana song and I was like oh I love this song

That's the thing.
We don't always have to make sense of like why these things are popping up or make meaning of it.
It's just like, how can we be like a compassionate witness to what is showing up without having to judge ourselves for it or without having to make it mean something?

And then I was like, okay, went upstairs and like was the best mum ever for my daughter.
And like, and that was like, I think it was like 14 minutes.
Especially for people who've been suppressing their whole lives.
