As the church, we really want to make sure we make clear the answer and the relief that's in Scripture, especially when we're talking about sexuality.
Yeah, I think something actually just came up in conversation earlier today about that and just how at a very young age, I was very aware that being curvy meant that I was sexual, meant that I was more sensual.
And that on one hand, there were these messages from my family and from my mom.
And it was like, hey, be wise, be careful and kind of a different conversation.
But in the culture, it was, girl, that's power.
Yeah.
I'm exploring that.
Right.
There are women who don't have that.
A man is going to love that.
All of that type of really push into it, pursue it.
And then in the church, they just didn't know what to do with it.
And so I got the message of cover it up.
Right.
Your body is a problem for the men in the church.
And I would be, you know, 17 coming back from basketball practice with jeans and a T-shirt on sitting there like, I'm sorry, what's happening?
