Yeah.

Yeah, absolutely.

So uh Black Foundation, we're a uh commercial real estate investment focused five oh one C three private foundation.

So we focus on providing career pathways to minorities and veterans into commercial real estate while also expanding affordable and attainable housing.

So yeah, you know, normal as

Most nonprofits, you know, uh grants, scholarships, education, networking, giving, etc.

A couple of things that make us unique.

Uh, number one, we have an investments arm as well.

So as you know, most nonprofits need money, right?

So why not take a step back and become the bank?

So doing our own commercial real estate deals, um, crypto, private equity, and uh venture capital as well too.

So really leveraging the business activities inside of the organization.

organization to continue to power us forward.

And, you know, I think a big lesson I learned um at my previous employer was to be, you know, f fully integrated and not dependent on anybody else.

Because when you do that, then you're coming from a position of strength.

And now you can really execute your mission to the fullest.

So that was really a concept of uh starting everything as like one,

you know, how do we how do I leverage commercial real estate in order to empower that next next generation of leaders?
