So really being dependent on donors and grants and everything like that.
And there's nothing wrong with that, right?

And then when you know, when when you think of us, think of education and investments is really the best way to look at it.
And education is something that I've found as I've gotten older is that that's really where the power's at.
I mean, you know this in commercial real estate, Bo is you have the knowledge, you can get it done.
Right.
And you know, as far as our education offerings go, really it depends on where you're at.
Uh I would say in life and your career cycle, but
At the end of it, it's always the focuses is a career in commercial real estate.
So whether that's a broker, an investor, a developer, a property manager, asset manager, whatever that looks like, it's always going to be the focuses.
So as an example, let's say they're, you know, more middle school, high school.
It's like, okay, that's more career day representation, you know, mindset, manifestation, and thinking bigger.
And then, you know, juniors and seniors, it's like, hey, you know, when you turn 18, you can get your real estate license.
