So there's the philanthropic element.

You know, obviously you have to make money as well too.

Right.

And started out as a joke for us, but really it's off my board, it's people and profits.

Because if we don't have profits, we can't help the people.

Sure.

So it's like how do we empower everybody to be successful?

And then how at the same time do we continue to make money internally?

Then obviously we'll work with outside partners and everything like that to further the mission.

But it's really about how do we have something that's self-sustained internally where then we can go out and we're a want and a need based organization.

Um, you know, one of the biggest lessons I've ever learned in my life is from my grandfather, and he was always willing to help some.

that was helping themselves.

So for us as an organization, you know, we're a hand up, not a handout.

You know, we're here to create, enhance, and connect.

And then, you know, as far as that goes, we're a want and a need based organization.

So, you know, right now we're in Tennessee.

Um, you know, you hear it first.

We're going to be going to Arizona later this next year.

The Jamaican the Jamaican horn.

But yeah, so um, you know, being a one and eat based organization and really just taking what we're doing in Nashville and other markets in Tennessee and then replicating that and going to other areas because we know that there is a huge need out there.
