But what I really want to talk about is the power of commercial real estate and getting into it really opened my eyes to the fact that commercial real estate drives
our life, right?
Like when you look at where retailers go versus where residential home builders go.
And then you look at once again being a practitioner in commercial real estate, the freedom it gives you to be an entrepreneur, you know, that freedom to control your paycheck.
Or if you know you want to be more on the salary side, you know, you can be an asset manager or a property manager.
You know, there's just a lot more diversity in the opportunities into commercial real estate.

Typically people think.
What do you w what do you think when you think of career in commercial real estate?
Well, I always thought brokerage.
What do you think when you think career and commercial real estate?
Yeah, right.
Like they they see that image and then also too, they just see brokerage as the only opportunity.
And look, brokerage is important, right?
Like we need people to do deals, but at the same time, you could be a developer, you can be an investor, you could be a property manager.
Heck, I mean, if we really want to go down to it, it's like, you know, you could get into ten thirty one solutions, right?
Like you can do that.
There's just a lot more that you can do in commercial.
You can be a you can be a model, right?
