know that was each each guy on that course would shoot over the the quota for a whole battalion's worth in on that course alone you know that's you know you're talking you're talking hundreds of thousands of rounds off one individual but you you build that out to 30 40 50 blokes or whoever's on that course a lot of numbers that either shows that you guys are overly trained or the rar is completely under trained

me from a tactical you know understanding having having no hmgs or even um light machine guns in your call sign is that's it can't happen it shouldn't happen yeah and that's what we're doing for the first four weeks well my question goes to the higher ups then and i don't mean your platoon commander stuff like that i mean higher up yeah yeah how logistically did they allow that to happen the adi guys you know the people that are sending that stuff over like how can they allow aussie troops to go into battle like and let's be real afghanistan it's not for beginners

Everyone wants to bang the drum and commercialise Anzac Day all the way back and promote World War I and World War II as heroes and all the things, but the same thing can't be applied to our generation of warfighters because of the media industrial complex.
