focus on something, you start creating opportunities, not just for yourself, but for the whole ecosystem.
And that's what I've been impressed with about your approach to this is that you realize, you said it yourself that it's not, there may be 50 people involved in a real estate transaction and
And each one of them, this is kind of the challenge for business owners.
Each one of them is sort of myopically focused on their one aspect of it and thinking, how can I just get more people in this category here rather than thinking, how can I be part of a collective that is serving everybody in this in that market?
Right.
And you look at those transactional, you know, it certainly you think about just the top level things of a mortgage broker and a title company and a appraiser, like you said, and a home inspector and everything.
the real estate agent and an insurance agent those things are all sort of like top level involved in the in the transaction and then there are secondary things that come around that you look at a a company a company that does
repair work or dock work or anything, get the home ready or that what's happening immediately after people buy that home of they're going to probably get a boat if they don't already have one, or they're going to get toys, uh, you know, those things, there's so many things in this ecosystem.
Right.
That's part of it.
Exactly.
Yeah, I love, I mean, that whole thing, you know, is thinking through the things that are going to be inevitabilities.
Like, most people only think myopically about the real estate transaction.
part of it nobody who's myopically focused like that is thinking the way you're thinking of just taking one step above and looking around and saying hey we're all trying to serve the same person here right it'd be great if we just collectively banded together to create this
great lake life experience for, it's almost like that's, and I love that about what your, you know, the name of your company, even lake life is really what it's about more than the transaction.
It's because many times these, you may be getting somebody into a lake house.
That's going to be a generational lake house.
They may never sell it again.
And that's fine.
