Aside from the ones that you, my goal would be to start looking at how can I get as many of these people
postal only contact that we now have somebody that we know who they are, we know their email address, right?
That would be a super valuable thing.
So you hit it on the head that it's thinking outside the box and starting to think,
we're not, one of the things we're in is the transactional real estate brokerage business, but our primary business is the lake life business that serving the people and making life better on the lake for everybody in Michigan, in all the lakes, you know, that's, I know you've got big, we do ambition, right?
That that's the thing, but this as a model,
is a duplicatable framework.

And that's, I think you're going to see, like I'm going to share the things that we're doing down here with you to see the, because I think there's a great synergy of working on serving the same, creating a model for serving lakefront homeowners everywhere.

I'm realizing that there's really five segments for you of people.
And if we start from of the 16,000, how many of them are you the incumbent realtor that they're living in a lake house that you helped them find and secure?
Yeah, so almost one in 10 of the homeowners on the lakes are
living in a home that you helped them with, right?
Oh, I see that they went out of the thing.
