um our lead generation is picking up.
Well, for us and in our operations, um
piece.
It has replaced some of our print.
Um there's still print material that we need to do, whether it's marketing materials and and information to the parents and the directors.
But uh again going back to the economy, uh you know, the franchisees discovered
that they needed to watch their own budgets and they were printing a lot of take home material for their students.
You know, this is what we did in our classes today.
And then they sat back and they said, Well, you know, we can really go green, we can save the ac the economy, save the earth and we can save money as well and let's make that available online.
So, you know, part of our website has a password protective portal that parents can go to, put their password in, and then maybe pick up some of those materials that we could email to them.
I mean that we had maybe uh generally had printed, but now it's available online because
we're living in a digital world and we're finding in our industry, you know, that the children that we service are of a younger generation.
You know, it's we service three years old to two twelve.
Well their parents were of a younger generation too.
So they understand the digital world we live in and that's where they want to find the information.
You know, and I think about
one time on Twitter, uh, here we're we're all tweeting and we're on Twitter and we saw a tweet.
that from a parent that said, I can't believe I went to enroll my child and she specifically named computer explorers in a class and they didn't have online registration available.
We saw it, we saw what area she was from, sent it to the franchisee and the franchisee responded immediately, who sh uh actually on Twitter as well, but missed it.
