The Minister for Justice and the Minister for Transport have both said that they are considering legislative changes for Gardaí engaged in pursuit, recognising what Padder has spoken about there where in some quarters there may be a moment of hesitancy and of course the Gardaí have to be supported in the training and the Gardaí Commissioner is going to be supplying that training to them soon to ensure
that they're making the right split decision.
