And again, you know, actually the the teamwork that she and Lacourte did to bridge across the presence of mind they both had to spot that opportunity was fantastic.

You could see her hanging back uh behind those other seven riders.

And then of course, uh she was kind of still at the front, wasn't she?

And she wasn't it wasn't almost like she it was almost like she wasn't meaning to attack, but she just kind of put the pressure on the pedals, looked around and saw that
The rest of the seven riders were looking behind them at the chasing group rather than paying attention to Rihanna Marcus.
And all of a sudden she had a gap.
And uh and it and it needed the guts of La Courte to risk everything to chase her down to actually bring her back because otherwise she could have gone and um would have only taken more uncertainty, more indecision for her not to get it.
So, yeah, great disappointment for her, of course.
Yeah, I mean I saw you kinda hanging back in that group waiting to make a move.
I'm guessing you were thinking that was that was your opportunity.
You had to get the jump on that on that group, right?
Yeah, it was like classic cycling, wasn't it?
They were partners in crime to bridge her cross to the group and then Le Court chased her down and uh you know, they were they were kind of enemies in that final kilometre.
But yeah, that's bike racing, isn't it?
