back like years ago, those things would have taken over.

They would have taken over my mind.

They would have literally kept me from having a good time because my mind would have then started to completely ruminate and spiral on those things.

Whereas now I have them come in a little bit, but then I'm I have the tools.

I know how to unhook from them.

I know how to lovingly set them in the passenger seat and get back into the moment.

Get back into I'm being myself.

I'm in the moment.
