My mind's kind of in a negative space right now.

Ooh, okay, good to notice, good to notice.

That's me noticing.

So instead of me letting my mind take me on that roller coaster of what is she thinking?

Does she like me?

All of the things.

I say oh wow.

I'm really noticing my mind is kinda noticing worst case scenarios.

My mind is totally trying to predict or make assumptions right now.

My mind is really making some assumptions right now.

That's me getting off the roller coaster, standing on the platform.

And then from there, I then get to take a couple of breaths and come back into the moment.

And here's the thing is that for me and I named this in my a a recent podcast episode that for me

I don't want my mind guiding my life.

I do not want my mind guiding my life.

My mind is an incredible tool when I'm using it well.

But a lot of the time it's in survival mode, it's just trying to keep me safe, it's trying to keep me in the familiar, and that's how a lot that's how the brain is wired and that's okay, right?

But I don't want that guiding me.

I don't want that guiding my decisions, how I show up right now.
