I know what you mean.
So when I get messages now, it is very clear what I'm being asked for.
It is always incredibly relevant.
It always should have my eyesight or my eyeballs over it.
Where previously, you know, for a good half of the year, I was just getting so many emails and like getting all of the information behind it.
But it's like I wasn't being asked.
It's just, you know, for your information or whatever.
It's like, well, I just don't need to know.
You know, I remember I came up last time and it's like, hey, this is Stacey.
We've employed her.
It's like, oh, OK, good chat.
And I was so happy.
I was just like, oh, this is the living proof that people are growing and moving in the right direction because they're making big boy decisions without checking with everyone.
It's just like, no, no, we've talked about it.
This is right.
Let's go.
When we go into business with somebody that we've got a previous relationship with, there is a scope to have familiarity that would not normally be there in a professional setting.
Yeah.
Often we talk about wellness and, you know, mental health and things in the workplace.
And I think that's such a classic example of how it is in a living version.
