We do need the buyers to believe in it as well, right?
Because there's definitely some good purchases out there.
When you can buy a property in Oakland for $500,000, you can't say that Oakland is, you know, it is accessible.
We compromise this, right?
But what's changing as well moving forward in Oakland, I believe, is that learning from the experience over the last few years, speaking to a lot of developers and marketing different projects which have RC and BC and basically they're ready to be built.
There is a lot more single housing sort of freestanding properties, although it might be on smaller land sections, of course.
But I think there has been an appetite change, obviously, and it's been pretty obvious coming from the market saying, hey, this is the type of properties we want.
So most of the great developers out there, they're still doing perhaps high density, but much less than what it was.
And the freestanding property will become more a thing in the years to come.
My philosophy behind that, Nick, is that when you're advertising a property, you need to have a finger in every single pie available out there.
And although I'm a strong believer, and I might be a little bit controversial, I feel that when you're listing a property, it needs to be to the world.
And I don't tend to list on my website or anything.
The world will know about it.
So the portals, of course, you are on all of the portals on the social media platform.
And as well, the AI component, it is important.
And, you know, like you get to the point that in 2026, when you're listing a property, you need to have some blogs written for the particular property so that AI can find the property.
