I think 3%, more or less.
I know it's not as optimistic as I would like it to be, because again, I would like it to be higher than that.
But if at the end of the year is around the 3%, hey, I'll be happy.
And then we'll look forward to a little bit more of a boom year in 2027.

I'll tell you what I think, Nick, because I'm going to finish with, again, more AI, but I'm going to be very specific here.
It's going to be AI search.
If you're not active in the space, whether you're promoting yourself, your business, your team, your office, your listings, in the AI space, you're losing the race.
More and more people at all age brackets are now getting more used to asking a question to AI that is very specific with very high intent.
So if you're not found on those AI platforms, such as HBT, whatever you're using, when somebody's searching something specific in your area, or perhaps they want to find a house like yours, then you're already missing out now.
But I believe over the next 12 to 18 months,
is going to become so important.
So AI search, something that needs to be invested more into it.
It doesn't help that I've been on a few things here and there.
So there is a bit of information about me, but it is very much that.
If you're an agent listening to this, go in your suburb and search which one is the best agent and dot, dot, dot.
And if your name is not there, you're doing something wrong.
If the houses that you're not marketing are not showing up in a search when people are searching for that type of house,
on Gemini or ChatGPT, you're already doing a disservice to your vendor.
