And most people like to be wowed.

I like when I see something and I'm a client and I say, well, that's a cool, nifty service or a nice touch.

And I believe that people are more recessive as engaging with us as, for example, agents versus, hey, do you want to buy this house?

The classic old scripts that no longer work.

Technology can be used at our advantage.

We're not putting a bet on this, are we?

Because I lost the last three years' bets.

Hey, look, the current market is very much rewarding people that are willing to make a decision.
