Two years ago, it was finance because we were navigating 23 and interest rates had shot up 600%.
And that like every day I was on these calls and that was a job.
And now we have an amazing CFO, amazing finance team.
So now I'm like, I don't need to spend that much time.
But as a CEO, as a founder, your job is to do whatever job is needed for the company to get to the next stage.
And I think a lot of times founders are like, oh, I can't do sales.
It's like nobody can do sales.
You learn what you need to do, and then you hire someone better than you.
That's also a skill.
But you have to be dangerous enough to know what you're looking at.
And I think that's now even more easier with AI.
And so if people can't do that now, I don't know what to say.
It's amazing.

So we need local talent to succeed.
And that's like the first hire we do in any geo.
Actually, in Argentina, we just hired this person is what we call kind of a local GM.
They have to be local.
They have to know the market.
