But my first friends, you know, ever um when I moved to Utah after my parents got divorced in eighth grade were uh, you know, the Henry's.

And um

They're they're Mountain View legends.

You go into Mountain View, they got state championships through girls basketball, boys basketball, um, one of their brothers was Mr.

Basketball.

I I grew up going to the games at Mountain View, wanting to play there.

And

Towards the end of, you know, ninth grade year, what happens is is you start to go translate to, you know, high school.

And my same buddy Dan Henry called me up.

You know, this was April of that time, you know, we're getting ready to go play sophomore basketball.

He calls me up and he says, Hey, you gonna go to practice?

And I was like, dude, what practice?

And I immediately knew right then I was on the B team.

And and I didn't feel like a B team player at the time and and maybe that's where they saw me.

And so I uh I kinda m flipped that that switch that day and and told my dad, I said, Hey, I I'm actually gonna come to Orm.

And uh so it was all my friends, you know, I had I had great friends there and

Guy named Puck Hareford and Dan Henry and all my buddies and my best friends were going there except

I had another great friend, Chad Cusick, who was so pumped that I was decided to go to to Orm.

And so, you know, going through high school, you know, we didn't have like cell phones or social media.
