So in the past, we've had Dee Butler from Diamond Valley, we've had Sam Woosnam from Dandenong Sport Radar, Jacob Chance before he went to the US, Luke Brennan from Southeast Melbourne.
They've all been on panels, Kennedy, Karyama of the Spirit.
And so they're an external lens bringing expertise to a conversation, but they're not necessarily a part of the decision-making panel in terms of who gets appointed.
So, yeah, I think it's an understanding and nuance about what that looks like, but it's certainly a collaborative process.
I know I've spoken for a long time on this answer, but just my last point on that, for us,
any state appointment is collaborative in nature.
It is a conversation with cultural fit about our presentation with our PNC team.
It is a discussion with our coach education team about where they've been and the interaction they've had.
It is the high performance coach having a lens on who the right fit at the right point in time is.
So all of that feeds into what our eventual appointments look like.
That makes a lot of sense.
Yeah, I think so.
The stresses of the role not being filled will always be less than the stresses of the wrong person being filled in the role.
So, yeah, that speaks to Catherine's point about go slow with that process for sure.
You will always be able to find a workable, manageable notion to fill a gap for a period of time until you can find the right person.
That will be stressful, but it will be way less stressful than having the wrong person in.
Yeah.
The seeking of feedback is a good thing to go down.
So I appreciate the fact that that's the decision the panel has made.
Disappointed, expressing your disappointment with that.
