What's my action plan for how I can go about addressing that in the next 12 months so that I can come back in August 2021?
2027, an interview for 2028, and be a better candidate, a better choice to be able to look for.
I think they're the steps that I would go about.
based on that yeah hopefully the organization has flagged that right so um you know hopefully it's like a yeah and you know not often i feel like you submit an application you get the email back that says thanks for your application um not all candidates will receive feedback you know you kind of have that flag uh certainly i think absolutely yeah true if you get into you that that's definitely a great line
And feedback can be too.
You can take the feedback and not agree with it.
That's okay too, right?
Take the feedback and be like, actually, no, I don't think I agree with where that is.
But if that's the feedback as to why you were unsuccessful, then that's the feedback that the panel has for you.
So take it or leave it, right?
That kind of idea.
So if you decide to action it, awesome, because you feel like there's some merit in it.
If you decide not to action it because you don't agree with it, then that's fine too.
But I would anticipate if you're going back to the same job in 12 months' time to apply for it again, then –
you're likely to have the same feedback if you haven't progressed or addressed it in some way.
No, it's definitely the rodeo song.
Cowboy.
No.
Oh, yes, I've done this in my school life.
Hang on, I didn't, but I reckon I saw it on Ted Lasso.
