Yeah, it speaks to a red flag actually, swearing in an interview.
Yeah, not great.
Even in colloquial setting, like just not, that's a no-fly zone.
I guess the, uh, with the application process, probably going before interview, um, element is like, um, one of my mentors said to me once that if you ever apply for a job that you know you're ready for, it's the wrong job for you.
Uh, and so unless, you know, maybe you're on a different part of your journey, but, um,
apply for the position that you're not ready for.
Like just put yourself out there, have a crack at what that looks like.
We know in particular that certain cohorts won't do that or are less willing to do that than others.
And so really important that if you feel like, you know what, I've done my time, I feel like I'm
ready to be um or i've served as an assistant coach and and but i'd really i think i'm really only an assistant coach it's like just apply for the head coaching job right like go through the process um you'll get some feedback that will demonstrate whether or not you are um ready for it or the organization believes you're ready for it or not but yeah just just put yourself out there i think before anything before any interview process i would encourage everybody who feels like they may be ready that has is grounded in examples is grounded in real life experiences has data to be able to support it but uh like
is is um thinking about it to put yourself out there to be able to do that particularly for basketball victoria rolls and we can speak to that organization we know what that organization looks like we want aspirational people applying for jobs that aren't necessarily quite there yet so um that that's a sort of yeah i guess the number one um but please get your accreditation sorted before you get to that point absolutely

It might be your Superwoman pose, Wonder Woman pose, could be Beyonce.
Beyonce.
It could be a little dance off in the car, whatever it is.
But it could be a breathing technique or whatever it is that you like to use.
Just something to make sure that you feel kind of like present before you go in there.
